CASE STUDY ONE

CI Identify ways of helping Marcus to make an informed choice. To help Marcus make an informed choice you could show him a supported living setting or by letting him spend a short break in supported living, It may help Marcus if he also talked to someone who lives there.

CII Explain why it is important that you do not let your own view influence Marcus final decision. It is important not to influence Marcus fina decision because he has to live with the decision hes made, he maybe unhappy or feel he is not an active participant.

CASE STUDY 2

CIII Explain how a thorough risk assessment might help Mr Mistry make up his mind about what he wants. A thorough risk assessment might help Mr Misty make up his mind about what he wants by showing him what risk he's in and identify what he is able to do for himself and what he may struggle with, also showing what adaptions may be needed, it will also show what everyone's role is and give a clear picture of how is life will change.

CIV Explain why Mr Mistry may choose to take a risk and live alone in his own home. Mr Mistry may choose to take a risk and live alone because its his way of live he's used to and his human right to do so if he wishes, his home may hold memory's and part of his identity.
